In addition to coaching from our own experience, our formalized career development framework draws from both personal experience and over 20 interviews of young alumni at top tier companies. It has evolved over the course of multiple iterations, inviting feedback in over 5 different review sessions, to ensure the framework is relevant to a wide variety of students.
